Sutra Subject-The In-between mind

“Confusion, chaos, problems is when mind is “in-between,” when it’s not 100%. When mind is engaged in 100% action, fully into action, then there is Oneness. And it when it is completely free of action—in deep samadhi when even though function is not happening, deep relaxation, then there is Oneness. ”

Sutra Subject- Don’t Ask

Don’t ask anyone if they love you – only fools ask this. Even if someone is angry, he is demonstrating love. Emotions like anger, jealousy, and greed are because of love. Love is our nature. If someone is sleeping, do you ask the person are you sleeping? If you do, then you have already woken them up!

Sutra Subject-Bring the child back

If we understand the rhythm of our breath, we are able to have a say over our mind, we can win over any negative emotions like anger, jealousy, greed, and we are able to smile more from our heart. I think we need to bring the child like beauty and innocence, that God gifted every human being, back into our lives.

Sutra Subject:RadheShyam

Longing and love are two sides of the same coin. You can’t say, ‘I love you but I don’t long for you’. And it is impossible to long for someone without having love. That is why it is said: ‘RadheShyam’. Radha is longing and Sham is love. RadheSham (longing and love) go together in life.

Sutra Subject- Nature

Nature has brought in such a balance. In summer, days are longer and in the winter nights are longer. So somewhere nature maintains that balance. In one place it is cold and elsewhere, it is hot. So heat and cold, day and night, all are brought in some balance in nature. And it is telling you, in so many ways, that you have to balance between activity and rest in life.

Sutra Subject- Wait

Just wait. Time will tell you. Remember what your age is now. When the numbers change, you’ll not change. Got it? When you become older, you’ll grow over these attractions, these repulsions. Don’t blame yourself or blame your partner. See from this angle. Okay, you are getting attracted, so what? Then that attraction is not going to destroy your commitment and your relation. This much you must make sure because the mind always goes for something new but the heart longs for something old.

Sutra Subject- Doubt

“You doubt in the positivity of people, in the goodness of people. You don’t doubt in the negativity, or badness, in the people. Do you? Have you ever doubted in somebody’s anger toward you? Have you ever said, “Is she really angry at me? I don’t believe it.” But if someone says, “I love you,” you say, “Really? Sure? Truly? Then prove it to me!” ”

Sutra Subject- Question

All our scriptures here in this land begin with a question. Whether you take
Bhagwad Geeta, you take Purana, or the Ramayana. Any scripture you see, any ancient text, Someone puts forward a question and then someone else answers. It could be a dialogue between a master and his disciple, husband and wife, between a group of seekers and a wise man. It has always begun in question/answer form.

Sutra Subject-Diamond

Every human is pure but filled with dirt. Every human being is like a diamond. The fact that the diamond is in mud, does not make it mud. You simply have to pick it up and wash it. And it shines again. The shiny nature of diamond is always there but covered with mud and slush.
